Store Division Manager Solo (SDM_SL)

Lokasi Lowongan Kerja di : Solo

Responsibilities:
This position will responsible to supervise, coordinate, and make sure the division operational department (Dry Food/Fresh Food/Non Food) activities running well in his/her store due to Division targets.

Requirements Lowongan Kerja Solo Juni 2013:

    Minimum graduated from Bachelor Degree (S1) in any majors from a reputable university
    Experienced minimal 3 years as Division/ Department Manager in retail industry
    Comprehends in monitoring quality stock for any products in store to meets target Division
    Comprehends in planning the budget, manpower, remodeling display continuously due to Division target
    Get used to manage and encourage his/her team in division to accomplish monthly and annual division sales targets and margin
    Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, smart, a team player, honest, and dependable
    Able to work under pressure with diverse and simultaneous demands in Retail environment
    Proficient in English – both in verbal and written
    Willing to work on shift basis and on weekend
    Willing to be placed at Solo
